Hello everyone , so I’m backpacking in Australia , originally from the U.K. I’m looking to do an online course that is 585 USD dollars per month for 6 Months.
Most of my money is held in my aus account.
What is the most cost effective way to set up this transfer..
I was thinking of adding aus dollars to my wise account and then using my wise card number to pay the usd per month .. or something similar with revolut. It doesn’t make sense to me to transfer aus dollars to gbp then to usd due to exchange rates and fees ? Any advice please on the best way to go about this.
Is revolut or wise better for this? Thank you v much

I finally pulled the trigger on an S23+ and it'll arrive in a few days. Reading online, it seems like the Victus2 is VERY prone to micro scratches, even in a pocket, so I'm considering a tempered glass protection. Now, my experience with glass protection isn't the greatest and I haven't used one with my current S9+. What I don't like about them is (itemized and numbered for easy quote):

1. way too many brands and types, difficult to decide which type is ideal. Anti-glare, anti-scratch, thickness, compatibility with cases, oleophobic, etc...
   
2. applying them with micro dust on the screen/bubbles.
   
3. what's this glue some protectors ship with? Is it going to damage the screen oleophobic coat once I remove it? Is it easy to remove if badly applied or broken, or will I need a heat gun?
   

4 do tempered glass that stick without glue exist? Should I prefer those over the glue ones?

1. Everything considered, should I still go for a screen protector? I'm extremely careful with my devices, especially during the first 2 years at least, but I do keep them in pockets of course. Is the screen gonna look like rubbish after a year? The plan is to keep this phone as long as possible (5 years maybe) as I HATE transferring everything over to a new device and setting it up to my preference.
   
2. Should I cancel the order and go for an iPhone instead? Yeah, that's a joke, obviously. I'd rather have a N3310.
   

I live in Asia, so while I do appreciate brand recommendations, I most likely won't find your favorite brands here, or it'll take too long to ship in this part of the world. If you can, please recommends the features a tempered glass should have.

Hi all just wanted to share my breakthrough regimen that has resulted in excellent improvements in sexual function as well as some improvement in the anhedonia category. The anhedonia i believe is not caused by PSSD or it had very little to do with it. Regardless, it does seem to have improved mostly the feeling of being able to connect with females. I was targeting sexual function improvements. I took a combination of E2 injections, E2 gel and hops supplement. Everything else had been stable for a minimum of 6 months. Attached a document below that i recorded my trial on. It's now been a month+ since i last used E2 and very rarely do i take hops anymore. Improvements have stuck and seem to be getting better. Big improvements in erection quality, sensitivity and less so in libido.

I'll try to quantify the improvements but its difficult. As always things will fluctuate based on other factors like sleep, attractiveness of girl, mood that day, stress etc. The "Before" will be my baseline which was a combination of various supplements and medications. The heavy hitters are TRT (~125mg/week split into 2 doses Monday and Thursday), bromantane, NA Semax, selegiline in no particular order. Viagra is often used before sex as well. After my E2 trial i no longer need viagra all the time. Normally I am having sex almost daily which can be a bit taxing on the body i think. The sensitivity improvements are problematic on occasion. It becomes difficult to continue to have sex and i have to use tricks and techniques to not cum too quickly. I dont wish to try E2 again for the time being as the increased sensitivity causes issues.
The lower the score the worse it is. 1/10 sensitivity would be near total genital numbness and no pleasure.10/10 would be pre-PSSD levels for me that align with the best I've felt in my life in that area. It's not the most scientific approach if anyone has a proper form to fill out for recovery I could give it a go.

Refractory Period - 1 day (assuming having sex daily)

Just applied 1.25g (0.75mg of 17 β estradiol) gel to test the waters about 40 minutes ago. will see if there's any effects i wont be doing a proper trial (following sweaty's pdf) because there's too many restrictions. will try with the gel for now and then move to injections later perhaps Some background: Ive been on trt for 2-3 years already. I've had PSSD for ~3 years from prozac (fluoxetine). Ive tried many things to see what will work for me. I would say I experienced a 30-40% improvement from baseline with my current regimen. The best window I ever had was my initial dose of proviron which prompted me to give this theory a shot. This lasted 2 days or so. I felt like a God every aspect was improved. It wasn't a manic phase though. Current regimen (the heavy hitters): TRT ~125mg/week No HCG NA Semax 300-600mcg/day Bromantane varying dosages Selegiline 1.25mg/day sublingual Various other supplements that I dont think matter all that much. It persisted for a few hours then declined. Had great sex, increased sensitivity, more libido. Maybe a 15% improvement so far over baseline so far. I might have some degree of anhedonia. I believe ive had it since a young age before ssri though. I cant feel love/connections but again a problem since i was young. Still can feel a range of emotions but im mostly in the middle not many ups and downs. Cognitive im fine. No changes there. Bromanatane and semax helped my cognitive aspects already. Still on those.

Update 10: Today is day 7 of no E2 injections. I have been taking hops before sleeping on occasion the last few days. Performance is better than normal for sure. Maybe a 15% improvement for erection quality and sensitivity has stuck so far at this point. I will be starting NAC+Sarcosine tomorrow
Final update 28/4/2023 – I have been on NAC+Sarcosine and around 900mg of hops per day. It has been 4 weeks since I began E2 or hops. Sensitivity improvements have stayed. Better erections, slightly more libido. Libido is still low otherwise I am very happy with my improvements.

(I know there's companies that do belt replacements but the ones I've seen ask you to send your original units...I'd rather not be without my seatbelts for however many days the turnaround time it)

I've given instructions to ChatGPT to assess all the Positive and Negative wills that can derive 'Good' and 'Evil' actions. As well as given a point system in which it can assess Good and Evil.
Here is my first proper assessment of an event. What tweaks would you want?

Everything that we do to hurt one another comes from a perceived animalistic concept of 'Us' vs 'Them'. It is a curse that begets humanity, just as it does the animal kingdom. We want to feel like we belong, we are born alone, we are self aware, so we group. But groupings creates a sense of 'Us', and to protect 'Us', we can justify doing EVIL things to 'them'. War is just politically sanctioned 'Murder', and 'self defence' which turns into offense, continues the cycle of 'Murder' through revenge.

I am wanting to know how I can take a table with data, and create multiple new sheets, with each sheet being named from a rows in colum A, and with in each sheet, have table created that has data filled in from the other colums, below is a example of the kind of table i would start with and the right hand side is new sheet.

Over the past couple years I've had in built in my head that I was going to go all in on getting my 1st rental property. The more I've analyzed the situation the more I'm seconding guessing myself. What is the right way to go about investing in my first property? Here is some numbers on the first property I may buy. Listed at: $159,990 Interest rate: 8.76% due to LLC or it would be 6.76% under my name Monthly Mortgage rate approx: $1288/month with 20% down or $1485/ month with 10% down. Home Information: 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1114 sqft. - recently renovated If I put 20% down I would net approx. : $156/ month until rates drop and I'm able to refinance. Here's where I get stomped Do I dish out a huge chunk of money for a downpayment to make a small amount of profit each month? If, so it will take me still about 5 years to break even with my downpayment expense. I feel like I really want to buy a property just because I've been itching to for years and I know in the long-term it could be very good in profits. 5 years is awhile to break even and large chunk of money up front that could be used on other investments! Right now I have $15k invested in a real estate stock that pays me $250/month in dividends but I'm currently down $4k over real but I still get a bigger cash flow than what I would in physical real estate investing. Do I benefit more from physically investing in real estate or would I benefit more from investing in the real estate stock? I feel like I've missed out on a couple of good deals due to me not being able to pull the trigger on a rental property but then again my cash flow would be so minimal in the beginning I'm not sure if its worth it.
