Is it true that some promoters are able to negotiate percentages of parking revenue and food and beverage sales with venue operators? I am talking about arena venues.
I was under the impression that promoters pay the venue operatoowner rent and keep ticket sales, merchandise sales, sponsorships, etc.

**Introduction**
1) Will this be your first dog? If not, what experience do you have owning/training dogs?

• This will be my fourth dog overall. Currently own a 3 year old Chesapeake bay retriever. But have had experience with herding breeds as well.

2) Do you have a preference for rescuing a dog vs. going through a [reputable breeder]?

• Reputable breeder

3) Describe your ideal dog.

• I would love a dog that can be a fun companion for me and my current dog. We go camping and hiking pretty regularly and would love a dog that would mesh well with that. In the home, a calm demeanor would be ideal.

4) What breeds or types of dogs are you interested in and why?

• I would prefer no herding breeds. They are generally Too Intense for my preference. Other than that Im fairly open to most breeds.

5) What sorts of things would you like to train your dog to do?

• All dogs in my house are trained to be polite and follow the house rules. Tricks and other fun stuff is extra.

6) Do you want to compete with your dog in a sport (e.g. agility, obedience, rally) or use your dog for a form of work (e.g. hunting, herding, livestock guarding)? If so, how much experience do you have with this work/sport?

• I have trained my Chess in retriever training, but I dont really want to train this next dog in anything in particular, unless it would benefit the dog.

**Care Commitments**
7) How long do you want to devote to training, playing with, or otherwise interacting with your dog each day?

• I work hybrid so I'll be at home for most of the day. Training is dispersed throughout the day, as are walks and play time.

8) How long can you exercise your dog each day, on average? What sorts of exercise are you planning to give your dog regularly and does that include using a dog park?

• We walk about 30-45 minutes a day, plus playtime in the yard. My current dog does a lot of fetch and swimming. No dog parks generally.

9) How much regular brushing are you willing to do? Are you open to trimming hair, cleaning ears, or doing other grooming at home? If not, would you be willing to pay a professional to do it regularly?

• Minimal grooming preferred. I clear ears and trim nails every week or so and give baths as needed. But prefer minimal brushing and haircuts.

**Personal Preferences**
10) What size dog are you looking for?

• Anything 30-60lbs (13-30kg)

11) How much shedding, barking, and slobber can you handle?

• Shedding doesn't bother me. Barking can be alert barking and such, but nothing much more vocal. Not a fan of slobber.

12) How important is being able to let your dog off-leash in an unfenced area?

• Fairly important. I am willing to put in as much training as necessary for reliable recall.

**Dog Personality and Behavior**
13) Do you want a snuggly dog or one that prefers some personal space?

• Snuggly!

14) Would you prefer a dog that wants to do its own thing or one that’s more eager-to-please?

• Eager to please

15) How would you prefer your dog to respond to someone knocking on the door or entering your yard? How would you prefer your dog to greet strangers or visitors?

• Barking and alerting when someone approaches. If I have a visitor over, they must be polite once introduced.

16) Are you willing to manage a dog that is aggressive to other dogs?

• Not really

17) Are there any other behaviors you can’t deal with or want to avoid?

• none that I can think of

**Lifestyle**
18) How often and how long will the dog be left alone?

• Max 6 hours 4x a week

19) What are the dog-related preferences of other people in the house and what will be their involvement in caring for the dog?

• I am the only person in the house

20) Do you have other pets or are you planning on having other pets? What breed or type of animal are they?

• Dog: 3 year old Chesapeake bay retriever
• Cat: 2 year old gremlin

21) Will the dog be interacting with children regularly?

• nope

22) Do you rent or plan to rent in the future? If applicable, what breed or weight restrictions are on your current lease?

• Rent currently. No weight restrictions. Unfortunately no bully breeds

• Around Milwaukee WI. No breed bans that I know of

• Cold and snowy winters and hot humid summers

I’m heading to Hershey park end of July. I see they’ve been advertising the lowest ticket prices now. Are there usually offers for buy one get one around for the summer like other amusement parks?

This all began in October 2021, I parked in a customer collection point for a shop that was clearly signposted as that. However the car park next to it was permit controlled, the parking camera snapped me driving into the entrance and then driving out (not actually parked in the controlled spaces as I wasn’t) I parked only in the store collection point and have my receipt from the shop to prove this.
I initially appealed the ticket from UKPC as soon as I received but later realised I accidentally added an incorrect character in the email address. Fast forward to January time and I get another letter saying I’ve failed to pay and the fine has now gone up (from ZZPS) so I emailed an appeal again with the correct email address, to which they asked me to send evidence of the purchase in the shop and I did.
After some more emailing back and forth they overruled this appeal and said it was too late. So we continue with the threatening letters, I’ve been contacted by 4 different companies now regarding this. I’m currently at QDR solicitors who say if I don’t pay £170 in 14 days, I will be likely issued a CCJ that could result in bailiff action, taking money from my salary and will affect my credit score.
I am at my wits end and I didn’t even park in the place they said I did. Please can someone help me with how I can go forth, I was thinking of writing to perhaps UKPC with printouts of all my evidence. It’s so unfair.

Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has denied claims he wants to scrap practice sessions.
Domenicali made headlines ahead of the Australian Grand Prix when he told Portuguese TV he was "a supporter of the cancellation of free practice sessions".
The Italian clarified his comments while speaking to Sky Sports F1 on Friday, suggesting his words had been blown out of proportion.
Domenicali, who took over as F1 CEO in 2021, said: "As always, when you're talking about an ant, it's becoming an elephant.
"I was just focusing on the fact that I was enjoying these sprint races - I didn't say anything new. Of course, there needs to be the time for practice.
"The people are coming to see performance and the more that you give the teams and drivers the chance to see who they are, the better it is for the show.
"On the other hand, we need to give rookies time for them to practice, so always there needs to be a balance."
Domenicali says it would be "wrong" not to think about making changes to engage the growing audience.
He added: "We have to consider that we are just at the start of an incredible period for the sport, and it's really very strong.
"It's not because we don't respect the traditions, we respect the old way of thinking of our weekend, but it would be wrong not to think about it."
Domenicali was speaking after an eventful first practice at the Australian Grand Prix, in which Max Verstappen led Lewis Hamilton, before Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso topped a rain-affected second practice.
Friday saw 120,000 fans in attendance at the Albert Park circuit in Melbourne.
