Hello, recently I bought an i5 13600kf, B760M Steel Legend (I flashed the latest BIOS 4.07), DDR5 6000mhz 1.35v, and Fortis 5 dual fan cooling. I'm a bit confused about the BIOS configuration:
Should PL1 be equal to PL2?
If PL1=PL2=181W, during CinebenchR23 stress test, I get 4.8GHz for p-core and 3.8GHz for e-core. The score is around 22700-22900. However, in all the reviews, they mention that by default, p-core should be 5.1GHz and e-core should be 3.9GHz, with scores around 23700/24000. Is there something wrong with my processomotherboard?
I noticed that if I set PL1=PL2= at least 235W, then indeed, p-core reaches 5.1GHz and e-core reaches 3.9GHz, and CinebenchR23 scores around 23700-23900.
I tried experimenting with undervolting, but it doesn't work quite well on my B760M. I read that Intel blocked (limited?) undervolting, and it supposedly works with microcode 104, while mine is 115.
Setting vcore to fixed 1.2v significantly reduces performance in CinebenchR23. The best option seems to be Level 2 in CPU Core Voltage Compensation.
I also tried setting an offset of -100mv. During CinebenchR23, with PL1=PL2=265W and Base Freq Boost=180W, vcore dropped from 1.28v to 1.24v. The CPU Package Power result was 195W, and the temperatures were around 89 degrees. However, the performance was lowered because although p-core reached 5.1GHz, e-core dropped to around 3.8GHz.
I'll be completely honest: I haven't noticed any differences while gaming, maybe slight ones in Warzone 2 (built-in benchmark) when PL1=125W, PL2=181W compared to PL1=PL2=235W (around 2% difference in FPS).
Temperatures while gaming: Warzone 2 around 60-63 degrees, Cyberpunk around 70 degrees. Do you think it's worth replacing the cooling with a water cooling system like Navis F280? Or maybe a better air cooler? As for temperatures during the test (CinebenchR23), for the configuration with PL1=PL2=181W, it doesn't seem too bad at 76-79 degrees with CPU Package Power around 145-150. However, for PL1=PL2=235W, the processor gets quite hot, around 95-98 degrees, unless I lower it by -100mv (which has minimal impact on performance).

I've been thinking for a long time if I should buy Dishonored 2. Did a few play playthrough of 1 and was in love with it. After that managed to get Death of the Outsider, and had quite the opposite experience.
I feel level design was my main issue, because no matter how big the map/area is it felt much more restricted in the sense of different approaches to the objectives compared to 1. The clearest example I can come up with is the "House of Pleasure" in the first game, so much ways to go about it. Can't remember any mission in DOTO that has given me this feeling of freedom.
Already tried reading/watching reviews, sadly it looks like the only two ways to find out for myself is to either play it or watch a full playthrough.
So, id like to here opinions on whether Dishonored 2 is closer to 1 in regards to level design or rather closer to DOTO.

Am I salty? 100 percent, this rune counters my entire champion, I’ve mained vi ever since i first got this game, she relies heavily on her burst damage combo which consists of knockups from her first ability and ultimate.
I used to be able to build high damage and reliably be able to take out a squishie if i found one isolated and landed a fully charged first ability on them followed up by the full combo with ult. But now every squishie runs the perseverance run making them all feel closer to bruisers than squishies. Not to mention every adc runs sheildbow first item now so they are basically impossible for me to kill now even if i have a gold lead.
16 to 30 magic resist is just too much it makes me wish i could turn off the knockup on my abilities so that i can actually do damage again.
The werst part is that you cant even tell what secondary runes the enemy is using in game, only the keystone rune is displayed. So essentially you have no idea whether or not this guy is gonna magically get 30 armour and magic until u go onto him do no damage and die.
Bottom line is the stats this rune gives are just way too nutty its almost comparable to the bonus armour you get from aftershock and thats on a 20 second cooldown. The only good thing about the addition of this rune is that now players have stopped spamming bone plating in lane.

So, I have a mini 2 that I rarley use because theres nothing intresting to film where I live and I don't go traveling very often. It is the combo edition with very few flight hours (10-15~).
And I have a friend that recently upgraded his camera,, and now is looking to sell or trade it, it is a canon 90D.
I offered him to contemplate a trade for his camera and some lenses (50mm f1.8, 20-80mm and something else) because his camera has been used a lot and has a few dead pixels.
I'm wondering what everyone here thinks, should I go for the trade?

I was looking to purchase my 1st gaming chair, looking for an Ergo + Gaming chair model. None of the reviews on Google are much helpful. I'm putting aside 25-30k ( give and take 2k ) for a chair. I'm looking for :

1. Long hours use with breathability
2. Lumbar support ( not pillow )
3. Head rest is optional
4. Foot rest or provision to add one would be nice
5. Cushion type that supports blood flow to the legs

I’m sorry to say it but some of these UFO personalities look like fools. Some here worship them like they have all the answers and treat them like they’re infallible, but it gets proven time and time again that they’re always producing wrong statements and information. Who is there to trust anymore on the subject? Most of these “personalities” are starting to lose all credibility and look like clowns. Nothing of value is coming out besides the same old tired, “disclosure is around the corner,” lie.
This month, respected biologist and Stanford scientist, Gary Nolan, said that he “knows that there is a non-human intelligence living on earth. It made headlines around the world. One day later he retracted his statements and said that he doesn’t know anything and that this could very well be the most elaborate hoax in the history of the subject. What gives? Who do these people think we are? They think they can come out and claim the most extraordinary things but retract a day later, and then get mad when we ask questions about the stuff they said?
Another example is Jeremy Corbell. Yes, he has taken a beating on this sub, but I think what he has done this past week is indefensible. That video with the “triangle” lights, the one that made the news around the US, turned out to be no more than flairs. It was demonstrated, without a shadow of a doubt, that they were simple flares and nothing else. Yet, when presented with the evidence, Jeremy Corbell doubled down on his belief that they were not flairs, but an actual “craft”, as he called it on his podcast. Hard evidence to the contrary did not get Corbell to admit he was wrong, it made him double down on the lie.
The subject has taken a beating this week. It seems that to these UFO personalities, evidence does not matter anymore, and all they want is a headline and to believe whatever they want to believe and then get mad when questioned about the claims they make. We must remember, we want the truth. The TRUTH, no matter if it breaks what we think is reality. No matter if it turns out everything was a lie. We must follow the truth.
I know Mr. Nolan is a follower of this sub. I know he probably won’t respond but I just ask him to present some real evidence. Why make unfounded claims? Why say there is a non-human intelligence on earth and then retract those statements the next day? He is a respected immunologist at Stanford university, so he knows about the dangers of extraordinary statements without fundament. Does he get to make statements on his field on immunology without any peer review? I’m pretty sure he cannot make extraordinary claims in his field without any evidence and without rebuttal. So why does he think he can say that there is non-human intelligence on earth without providing any evidence? Does he think we are just gullible dumb people? I’m sure Corbell thinks so.
I just ask each and everyone in this sub, no matter your age, to follow the evidence. Don’t follow the people or their words. Even if you like some of them, always try to see if what they are saying has any evidence to back them up. Have some discernment, if these people won’t admit what YOU know is true, like how those lights were just flairs, then maybe these people don’t really care about the truth but have another agenda. If the evidence you have seen has told you one thing, and these personalities are telling you another, always trust evidence over empty words. No matter the truth, we all want to know it. Is there another intelligence on earth? That is the question.

Has anyone created patches that apply the elemental combo system found in Phenderix's magic mods to vanilla spells and spell packs like Odin, Mysticism, Elemental Destruction Magic Redux, and Spell Siphon? It's a pretty old mod but it appears to have an internal synergy that would make sense to expand to the other elemental spells in a load order to avoid confusion when an effect you're expecting doesn't go off because the elemental spell you're using isn't from Phenderix's pack.

Hello, apologies the rambling post I am in a bit of a panic.
II am currently working on my Master's dissertation in Advanced Practice as a paramedic in the UK. My dissertation is a 10000 word portfolio which includes a 3000 word literature review (written as if I am going to submit to a journal article) on nebulised adrenaline as a treatment for smoke inhalation, which has been narrowed down a lot from my initial ideas.. unfortunately I have only found 1 pilot RCT involving children, and 3 animal RCTs involving sheep.. there are 2 further animal RCTs but I cannot find the full text anywhere! Is this way too weak of an evidence pool to do a quantative systematic lit review? I think I can only compare the results of the animal studies with each other and will have to critically appraise and I interpret the pilot study in children independently because the outcome measures are so different..
I have started a new job and been away on residential training for the start of this year and now working full time & settling into my new job has meant I haven't been able to give my dissertation the time / energy I've needed to It's due in approximately 1 month and I am very stressed.
The other wordcount for the portfolio is made up of a reflection on the research & a justification for the journal article chosen to (optionally) publish the literature review. All I want is a 50% to pass as I am very much over it having done my Masters part time whilst in full time work for the past 5 years. Is it possible to pass with such a shit research idea? I am aiming to do good job justifying why I have done it & do my best at critical appraisal of the evidence to try make up for the crappy design and poor choice in topic which I have stupidly commited too without having time to do proper research Thank you

I am a working professional in Kuwait from India basically who recently applied to top universities around the world for a Master's degree in Project Management. I have been accepted into the University of Edith Cowan for the July intake, and after careful consideration, I have decided to pursue my studies in Australia. I applied for my student visa at start of this month.
Upon further research, I have realized that Australia would be an ideal country to work and possibly settle down in. I have reviewed the eligibility criteria for the Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189) and the Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) and believe that I meet the requirements (65 points and 70points with Skill assessment in progress for CPM Code 133111. However, this has put me in a situation where I have already given my three months' notice at my current job and applied for a student visa, but I also want to apply for the 189/190 visa.
I am wondering if it is possible to apply for the 189/190 visa while studying in Australia on a student visa, and if there are any issues that may arise from this scenario.
