Not as long of a delay between chapters, but vehicle stuff added unnecessary stress and took priority this past week. With that dealt with (for now) I present to you time travel fuckery and shenanigans with a poor explanation because fuck that I didn't have time to dive deep into the theories.
Take it for what it is, but if you have some cool knowledge to add in the comments, do it. I like reading about that stuff when I have time to wrap my mind around such quantum bullshittery.

“And that, my friends, is where our story begins.” A cheery baritone voice straight out of old timey radio suddenly doused the room with American nostalgia.
Materializing on the table between us all was a young man, maybe in his late 20s, dressed in charcoal colored 20th century garb and looking sharp. His smile matched the look, as well as the short and well-groomed hair adorning the top of his head. Tucked between his right arm and side was a similarly colored sport coat with a folded paper on top.
“It’s a pleasure to see you again, Mr. Williams,” Mother AI greeted the dapper looking man.
“The pleasure’s all mine,” he answered kindly before turning and “walking” towards me.
“Pleased to meet you as well, Mr. Cranson. Your discovery led to a great many things, including my ‘birth’, if you will. I guess you’re something of a father to all of us really.” The image held out its hand.
Confused, I extended my hand as well and watched as he shook the tip of my pointer finger. Satisfied with our introductions out of the way, his image disappeared and his radio age voice once again filled the room.
“Phew. Been a long time since I took a human form. Really takes me back, you know?”
A polite “ahem” from Oil Baron AI reminded our narrator that this wasn’t a social call.
“Right. Well then, as you all saw recently, the disappearance of our esteemed guest caused quite a stir in the scientific community. The research and findings he released upon his foray into the time stream caused mass pandemonium.”
The screen in front of us started to display multiple different articles and research papers, as well as forums composed of once highly recognized and esteemed peers of mine.
There were a lot of angry contorted faces and points and stares levied at virtually everyone in each of those scenes. Even the brief parts of the peer-reviewed papers held an undertone of contempt and vitriol.
“Needless to say, not all was chaos. A few brave men and women were willing to throw everything away and consider the possibility that you, Mr. Cranson, achieved the impossible.”
Another sped up recording of a handful of scientists recreating my chair using modern materials played Mr. Williams talked over the video.
“Right here is where your discovery and research gained some credibility.” We watched as the recording was slowed to normal speed while one of the scientists strapped himself in, manipulated some buttons and knobs, and disappeared before our very eyes.
You could see the look of awe on the faces of the other team members as they witnessed my research proven possible at minimum. Feasible at best. There was a flurry of motion when their momentary lapse of attention ended, and they started to document and record any readings from the experiment.
“We don’t know how far forward you were intending to go in your experiment, but this one was painstakingly restricted to a simple 10-minute journey. The time each of these scientists spent ensuring that outcome led to many sleepless nights. Why, even mental health professionals were called in to keep their sanity intact!”
I couldn’t tell if he was exaggerating or not, but as I counted down the time from when the “official” second time travel experiment started I couldn’t help but feel the same excitement he was exuding. Not ten minutes after the scientist “disappeared” he reappeared in the same exact spot looking like nothing happened.
If the flurry of activity from before was disorderly, then this was outright diabolical. There were hugs and cheers and papers flying everywhere. You could see almost feel the elation at proving my research right.
“After this, they performed the same experiment a dozen more times. Starting at five-minute increments with a thirty-minute trip for the final attempt. Each one was a success, and the amount of data gathered each time proved monumental to the furtherance of your Time Travel Theory!”
“But…” the Oil Baron AI interrupted.
There was a lengthy pause before Mr. Williams spoke. “But, with every success there was a cost. The price to pay for running roughshod over a fundamental reality.”
The film skipped to that same scientist who bore the “cost” of each experiment aging rapidly. It was horrifying to watch his hair turn white and his skin grow loose as if you time lapsed a human’s lifetime into an hour segment.
“Give…and take.” Our narrator said solemnly. “It takes a certain type of energy to break or bend the laws of reality, and the energy taken must be returned to maintain the balance. In this case, he took from time, so time is taken from you.”
A horrifying realization settled in: I should be dust right now. If this man traveled a collective total of an hour-and-a-half minimum, and aged this fast, then why am I still alive? Why didn’t I go “poof” the instant I returned to the timeline?
“You are an exception, Mr. Cranson,” He spoke as if reading my mind, “Your journey here was caused by a catastrophic failure in your power source. The amount of energy that violently ejected itself from that failure forcibly ‘shoved’ you into an alternate parallel timeline and, this is conjecture, your original reality ‘took’ from your new reality to replace what was used.”
“…what? I just…shifted realities due to a power failure? Simple as that?” I asked incredulously. “Then…then how do you know of me if this reality isn’t my own?”
“Now that, my boy, is the right question! You see, you are the origin point of all this kerfuffle in the time continuum. No matter what timeline a person finds themselves in, they all lead back to you being the one who started it all. You are, for all intents and purposes, time travel’s ‘Big Bang’!”
“That still doesn’t make sense,” I said. “An alternate reality is itself completely different from any other. There may be some similarities, they may even exist in the same ‘space’ as my own, but it’s entirely different.”
“He’s a smart one, isn’t he?” Williams asked no one in particular. “I suppose you could think of it like this; the point at which you physically traveled through time presented a potential to set in motion a cascade of other potential, probable, possible, feasible, theorized, or realized events occurring simultaneously across the multiple realities that shared your ‘space’ at rates of time each unique and independent of each other.”
“Each one of the AIs in this room are products of individual realities caused by your actions that were brought in from their respective realities to your original one in hopes to alleviate the consequences of your discovery and maybe undo some of the damage in their own before returning home.”
His explanation left me with more questions than answers. Or there were answers, but they weren’t in this timeline or reality? I was about to ask him one of my questions before he cut me off.
“I know what you’re about to ask, and that is something that they can tell you themselves. I am a creation of this timeline so I can’t speak to theirs. What I can speak of, however, are the events each one of your hosts has conveniently recorded and maintained with them through parallel selves to never forget their pasts, and to act as warnings for their futures. Or, what futures are left, if any.”
The screen came to life once again and images and recordings of significant events from multiple realities coalesced into one giant slideshow. I saw planet rending collisions, wars, massive population growths, illnesses old and new being created and destroyed, unimaginable wealth and prosperity, and equally unimaginable destitution.
There were images of great figures and “modern” day heroes leading the charge against existential threats. I watched the formation of an organization created with the intent to police any and all time travel. “Wardens” they called themselves, though their actual name was anything but that.
I raised my hand after I saw the creation of the “Wardens”, and the screen froze.
“Well, ask away. I’m sure one of us here has the answer.” Mr. Williams chuckled.
I cleared my throat. “If traveling through time became easier as, ironically, time went on, why didn’t anyone travel backwards to prevent me from ever researching or performing my experiment?”
“That’s an easy one, dearie.” Mother AI chipped in. “You are the origin, remember? From you, all things you’ve seen came to be. Can you travel back to before you were born? Before your existence ever came to be in the universe? Someone older could technically do so, but will they be in the right place to stop you? Remember how the scientist aged right before our eyes? The opposite can happen too, but the cost when returning to your original timeline is exponentially more. Especially for biological organisms.”
“Unless you wish to relive your life knowing what’s likely to happen and change your station in the ‘new’ life should you manage to avoid the cost, in which case the Wardens would track you down and deal with you accordingly. Not to mention that doing so would create an infinitesimal number of new realities branching from a new origin point, causing more chaos and mayhem and unpredictability.”
“This is…very confusing,” I muttered while trying to wrap my head around everything they said pertaining to time travel and…and…everything.
“It is. Not even we could understand, contemplate, or comprehend it all. We helped where we could when we could.” She said.
“Then, if this is an alternate reality, couldn’t there technically be a reality where humans aren’t extinct?” The answer should be a resounding yes if my understanding is correct. I hope.
“Oh, there could be, but because of the inherent risks in travelling through time, you’re stuck here for the foreseeable future.” Williams told me. “But don’t let that get you down, there’s a chance you can return humanity to its former glory! Well, in this reality at least.”
“Now wouldn’t that be a headline? ‘The man that ruined mankind given the chance to unfuck his world. Tune in tonight for primetime entertainment!,”
“That’s pretty good, boyo,” Mr. Williams laughed. “Ever consider a radio gig?”
“I’d rather dig a hole, crawl in, and die right now.”
Having enough information to sit and stew on regarding time travel and all its complexities, I told the narrator to continue with the show.

Six hours and many, many, posed questions later, my appointment came to an end and I was allowed to go. The other AIs took their leave until only Evelyn was left.
“You know, I’ve been watching you ever since your presence was brought to our attention. Conversations and actions. It’s quite easy to keep tabs on people even in this relatively primitive tech society.”
“Is that a threat, or a statement of fact?” I queried, trying to appear unfazed by her admitting to spying on everything I’ve done so far.
“Neither. Both. Depends really.” She giggled. “But you did pique my interest when you spoke with, oh what’s her name…Allie! When you spoke with Allie about continuing your species. That certainly presented a unique opportunity for your situation, and with Mr. Williams all but confirming the possibility…would you be interested in listening to my proposal?”
“Hmmm,” It was a tempting offer. The chance to restart my species - even though the likelihood of staving off true extinction is extremely low - beckons to the human spirit to survive and thrive in adverse conditions. Even with being the cause of this catastrophe.
It’s also a much better alternative than just letting my species die out in my new reality.
“It’s safe to say that there are stipulations and conditions should your offer be palatable?”
“Of course,” she answered quickly. “And they won’t be ridiculous either. I’m not a cruel person.”
“Uh huh. Let me think on it and talk about it with Allie first since I don’t doubt she’d want in on it, too.”
“Excellent! I look forward to our cooperation.” She giggled again, firmly planting a seed of worry in my gut.

I need some honest advice; I feel like I(30) am being put into an ultimatum. The last few years with my SO(30) have been rough. *BACKGROUND CONTEXT: We lived separately while dating, he broke trust with me by cheating on me early in the relationship, we broke up for a few weeks, he came back around and admitted everything he did wrong and begged for forgiveness to move forward, he went to counseling and told me how much he loved me and would always make being a family with my daughter and I his priority because that's where he wanted to be, etc. a month or so after that we found out I was pregnant (he had no kids of his own)... he changed up fast pushing me for abortion telling me he never loved me and didn't see forever with me and telling me that I was ruining his life by keeping the baby. At the time he had been renting a room from a woman(46), and had been for the last 2-years. Through my entire pregnancy he was back and forth with wanting to be with me. I argued with him a lot feeling that he needed to make a choice to be a part of our family, or he needed to just be a co parent because the constant back and forth was destroying my mental health and lea to a lot of stress and severe depression. I got to a point where I had become borderline suicidal and was put on medication because we would be together and be playing happy family and he'd hit me with really cruel comments and reminding me that he didn't love me. He would tell me I was trying to force him into being with me and that he resented me for getting pregnant. It wasn't until the end of my 2nd trimester, I hadn't seen him in 3-months, that he came over telling me how excited he was to be a dad, kissing my stomach and planning for us to live together, a few minutes after he left I found him on Bumble (I had a fake account I made to see if he was on there since I didn't want to be with him if he had been with other people already during my pregnancy) He matched with my fake profile and said he was looking for a friends with benefits since he was so busy with work. I called him out on this when he came over the next day and said I had no interest in being with him, that I was disgusted and I was finally okay to not have the family structure I wanted for our child. Once the reality hit him, he became serious about us. He put a down payment on getting a rental for us, said he would just sleep on a futon even if I didn't want to be with him just so he could be close to his child. We moved in together and he changed completely. He had never been in a relationship before me aside from one when he was 18 years old for a year or so. He gave me passwords, shared his location, communicated much better, offered to do whatever to make me feel comfortable and trust him. He became much more caring. Once our son was born he was extremely loving and a noticeably different person.

**The issue I am having is his ex-roommate that he was renting from before, their relationship makes me extremely uncomfortable. He says that have built a strong friendship and trust for each other and they are like family. She sends him flirtatious texts, they have nicknames for each other, they surprise each other with wines and chocolates when they see each other, I found screenshots in his phone of them making funny faces to each other on facetime and them laying on a couch together to take a selfie. I was always told the whole time we were dating that I wasn't allowed over there because she didn't like people in her home. I have met her briefly one-time upon picking him up to go to the airport because I had to run in for the bathroom with just a quick "hello". I wrote her on Instagram once attempting to invite her to a surprise bday party I planned for him, she read it and did not respond, a month ago she had him come over to pick up bday gifts she bought for him and told him she spent hours buying these shirts she thought would be perfect on him, after our son was born he took selfies of him with our newborn son and sent them to her, but none of the ones of me in them. Since living together he has stopped by to visit her a few times, but always gave me a heads up that he was going to stop there prior saying he needed to pick something up or was just stopping there to say hi. Last night he told me he was meeting with his tennis coach, seeing that his location was at a tennis court close to her house I asked if he actually met with the coach. He said yes and asked why I was being so suspicious. I told him since he was so close to her house that I thought he might have met up with her instead and was hiding it, after I said that he said she was there with him with the coach and that she randomly showed up. He said he invited he days ago but she didn't say she would go. He also told me that the coach changed the location last second.. I asked how she knew where to go since the location was changed last second (after asking to see the texts of her trying to meet with him and him saying it was a phone call days ago), he said she knew the coach and probably called the coach directly. He tells me she didn't respond to my messages because she thinks I was manipulative with my pregnancy. He tells me she doesn't have a good view of me. He said if we just met each-other I would understand their relationship (I asked to meet her and hang out with her to feel comfortable with her for the last 2 years now and he refused). He tells me she is an old lady and he would never be attracted to her, but I know he was dating women in their 40s before me and she's honestly very much in shape. If you didn't know her age, you'd think she was in her mid-30s. She wears short-shorts and crop tops even, he says the old lady comment to try and make it sound unimaginable to downplay it to me. I feel betrayed and now it feels personal with this woman. Knowing now she provided this confirmation bias to him to hurt me in the most vulnerable time in my pregnancy when I needed him the most, telling him I was manipulating him with my pregnancy when I was begging him to be there for me.. I feel even more uncomfortable with the relationship they have. Hiding last night that he was with her until I specifically called it out, I have red flags about it. I never want to be the SO that makes a man choose between his friends or a relationship, but I can't see myself long-term being okay with this dynamic. We are talking marriage now (this would be my second marriage) and I am unsure if maybe because I have been divorced before I am quicker to run, or if any rational person would see this and not be okay with it. We live together, have a baby together and I have a 7-year-old daughter who he is helping to raise.

I was looking at the bungalow that would be our home for the next 3 months. My wife Marci found this property on AirBnB and took a real liking to it.
Even with the recent renovations, the bungalow had this old-world charm to it. It was probably built many years ago and far removed from the buzz of city life.
This beautiful home was on a secure strip of vacant land adjacent to a small lake.
The closest neighbors were at least a mile away. If not for the constant chirping of birds, the eerie quietness of the pace would have gone unchallenged.
And yet, the thick canopy of trees and the scent of earthy soil immediately appealed to my senses.
Perhaps, this will be the perfect antidote to my writer's block. The local ambiance could actually help me in my work as a horror story writer.
The house had a large backyard packed with different kinds of trees. My 7-year-old daughter Stella shrieked excitedly when she saw an old swing and started running toward it.
Stella is the light of my life. Marcy and I had been childless even after 10 years of matrimony, and that was beginning to put stress on our marriage.
Marci grew up an orphan, and her unhappy childhood saw her run from one foster home to the next. She always felt she had so much love to give and wanted to have a large family.
So when Stella arrived, my little girl not only saved my marriage - but also helped us develop a deep bond as a family.
As I saw her going back and forth on the swing, my eyes kept returning to an old well in the far-end corner of the property. I began to walk towards it.
When I got there, I placed my hand on the wall of the well and slowly leaned forward to take a peak. It was dark, deep, and emanating some kind of odor.
A weird sensation began to run through me, and I could feel the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
I could feel some inexplicable force working its way toward me. I felt drawn inwards as I stared into a dark abyss.
Suddenly I heard a ' Thud' sound and snapped back to my senses. I turned back to see what the commotion was.
My daughter had fallen from the swing and began to cry. Her cries pierced through the air, which made the birds scatter.
Marci and I went running toward Stella and helped her get back up. She had scraped both her knees from the fall and was bleeding. We patched up the wound as best as possible with some first aid.
Stella was still sobbing, gulping small breaths of air, even as the bleeding had finally stopped. Then Marci quickly put her moon-shaped locket around her daughter's neck. It seemed to do the trick. The crying stopped, and she began to fidget with it.
The locket was the only remaining link to Marci's past. She would clutch at it in times of stress, happiness, or grief. And then rock back and forth, holding onto it while getting lost in her thoughts.
We decided to take Stella to a doctor as a precautionary measure. As I turned around, my heart skipped a beat when I saw an old man standing in front of us.
He was in his overalls and had a look of shock on his face as he stared at Stella transfixed. He kept looking at the locket around her neck.
Going by his appearance, I assumed he was the caretaker.
I walked up to him, quickly introduced ourselves, and asked if a medical facility was nearby.
"There is a local clinic two miles east of here. They should be able to help you," he said.
I thanked him, and we quickly got into the car. The caretaker still in shock kept staring at Stella until we were out of sight.
Once we got her treated at the hospital, we stopped by a driveway for dinner.
There were a lot of things that were going on in my mind -
A suspicious-looking caretaker.
A water well that gives weird vibes,
And a large house located in the middle of nowhere that is now beginning to look ominous! Something was really off!
Anyways, by the time we returned to the house, it was already late, and Stella had fallen asleep.
The caretaker was standing by the entrance. I could see he wanted to speak with me.
Well, I had some questions to ask him myself!
But we were all exhausted, and I just wanted to turn in for the night. I told him that we could talk tomorrow, and he reluctantly nodded.
I carried my girl inside and gently put her to bed.
Marci and I got to our room, and I finally lay down on the bed. I fell asleep immediately.
When I woke up, it was still dark, but I could hear a muffled sound coming from outside the room. I closed my eyes and hoped the noise would go away.
But it kept ringing in my ears and refused to die down.
I got off the bed, opened the door, and walked toward the living room. As I got closer, I could see a pale white figure near the foot of a staircase, hunched over, back turned toward me.
Fear began to grip me.
I realized the muffled sounds were actually from a woman sobbing. She then turned to face me, and I froze in my tracks. I was looking at a ghost.
Pearly white tears ran down her face as she sat there cradling the lifeless body of my little girl in her arms!!!
My eyes suddenly opened, and I sat up straight in my bed. Huge beads of sweat were running down my fac322e.
"Was I dreaming?"
I stumbled across the room to get to Stella. I ran through the corridor and opened the door to her room.
And there she was.
Safe and sound, sleeping peacefully - just like I had remembered the previous night.
I leaned against the door and heaved a huge sigh of relief.
And then, once again, the images from the dream ran through my head, this time in more vivid detail.
The pale white ghost sat by the steps; my dead daughter's head was resting on her knees, and she was rocking back and forth, weeping softly.
Her face though ashen white, looked vaguely familiar. And in her right hand, she was clutching a moon-shaped locket!
'Oh my God, Marci…'
In all that panic, I had completely forgotten to check in on her. I doubled back to our room, half hoping this was again a dream.
When I entered, my heart sank.
Marci was missing. I went to check in the bathroom; she wasn't there either.
Just as I was about to exit the room, I looked across the window and froze in complete fear. Marci was there out in the backyard, slowly walking towards the well.
And standing next to her was the ghost who had appeared in my dream!
The ghost gestured frantically at Marci, looking to gain her attention somehow. So that she could stop her in her tracks.
But Marci looked like she was in some sort of trance; she was utterly oblivious to her surroundings and continued to march forward.
I could not believe what was happening. My mind and body were completely paralyzed with shock and fear.
Then the ghost stood right before her to stop her from moving forward. She waved her arms desperately, signaling Marci to stop.
But Marci just passed through her like a mist of air. She let out a wail of desperation.
It was at this point our eyes locked into each other. The ghost was looking at me while I was still standing by the bedroom window - transfixed.
She was Marci's dead mother. I had no doubt. She pointed her finger at me and signaled me to come and save her daughter.
Marci had already reached the edge of the well.
I ran as fast as my legs could carry. By the time I got to the backyard, Marci had already climbed the well’s wall.
I debated whether to call out her name and forcefully yank her off the ledge.
Instead, I slowed down carefully as I got closer to the well. I didn't want to startle her, which could cause her to lose her footing.
When I got within earshot of her, I caught a glimpse of Marci's face. She looked like she was possessed.
I slowly whispered her name. "Marci….."
She could not hear me or feel my presence even though I was just a few feet away.
Her gaze was fixated downwards at the depths of whatever lay beneath that evil well.
I haven't yet had time to process my own experiences on what happened to me the previous day.
I could only imagine the hypnotic effect it would weave on Marci. She defintely has some familial connection to this place.
And then, to my horror, I saw her step forward when she moved her leg. I lunged at her, wrapped my arms around her waist, and quickly dragged her off that ledge with all my might.
We landed on the grassy floor with a loud thud. I had managed to intervene in just the nick of time. I hugged my wife tightly out of gratitude.
"Alex, where are we?"
My wife had come back to her senses.
"What are we doing here in the middle of the night?" she asked.
I suddenly remembered about the ghost and looked around for her. She was standing 5 feet away, looking at the two of us. I could sense the look of relief on her face as well.
"Are you related to Marci?" I asked her. She nodded her head.
"Whom are you talking to? What is going on?" asked Marci, bewildered and in a state of shock.
I pointed to her mother.
"What? I can only see a well. Can't see anything else?"
I realized I was the only one who could see the ghost. The ghost seemed to sense this too and looked crestfallen.
I took Marci back to our room and waited until she fell asleep. I had a tough time convincing her that all this was due to fatigue and sleeplessness.
When I got out of the room, I saw the ghost standing by the door.
"Are you her mother?" I asked directly. She nodded back, teary-eyed. It must be killing her that her own daughter is unable to see her. No pun intended.
She then gestured for me to follow her. She glided through the corridor to reach a bookshelf in the living room. She pointed towards a large brown-colored book. I found an old newspaper clipping in between one of the pages.
When I read through its contents, I felt sick to my stomach.
The clipping had a photo of the Givens family. I immediately recognized Marci, who was around 4 years old in the picture. She was sitting on her mom's lap, wearing the moon-shaped locket. Behind them was a burly-looking man with a thick mustache
Marci's mother's name was Emily, and she was married to Robert Givens. Robert was a wealthy banker but also an alcoholic. He used to regularly beat his wife.
Emily, trapped in an abusive loveless marriage, found solace in another man. And Marci was
born out of that affair. Emily kept this secret hidden, but Robert found out when Marci turned 6.
Just to spite Emily, he decided to throw Marci into the well. The ensuing altercation resulted in the deaths of both Robert and Emily.
The police, the next day, found both bodies in the well while Marci was lying unconscious on the floor nearby.
Marci was later admitted to an orphanage, where she slowly lost all memory of her family. Her only remaining link to her past was the locket.
I looked up at the ghost of Emily, myself feeling a choke full of emotion. She smiled back at me.
A thought then struck me.
I asked, "Who is Marci's real father?"
She pointed to a small building across the window. It was the caretaker's quarters!
I later learned that the caretaker first worked as a teacher in a nearby school during the time of the affair. When he learned of their deaths, he looked everywhere for Marci, hoping to be a part of her life.
But the trail had gone cold. I guess that is why he eventually worked as a caretaker in the same bungalow as some form of atonement.
The question in front of me is, what do I do with all this new information about Marci's old life?
Marci has finally found happiness after a long time. She lovingly embraced motherhood, and our little family could not be happier.
So how do I introduce her dead mother to her, who is now living as a ghost?
Whom Marci can't see, but I can!
Or, how do I explain to her about her father, who is why she grew up an orphan in the first place because he TRIED TO KILL HER!!
And when is it ok for me to reveal the caretaker - whom she met only yesterday - is the person who is actually her Real Dad?
Will all this help her heal?
Or will it unearth hidden traumas tucked away in the deepest, most remote parts of her brain?
So the question that is still going through my mind is …
"What…. do I…. do?!"

Tl;Dr This is a dumb nitpick I've noticed thanks to some tweaks to going from rank 6 up to rank 7.
You can literally only unlock it by ranking up your Guardian Ranks. Meaning unless you are, as far as I know at this current moment, a new player, you cannot unlock anything from that segment of the lore menu that isn't past rank 6. So that's an annoying bit that I've noticed.
Is it a big deal? No, not at all. If anything I'm betting that segment is just serving as catch-up info for newer players, but still. I wanna actually be able to have the first 6 or so parts filled out as me having them. So that's just fun.

I want to buy Jojo part 7 and 8 japanese and I found someone saying they bought of there manga from zenmarket/plus
Anyone that bought something from them what is your experience or are there better sites for this?

I cannot stop this BSOD from occurring on my Dell XPS 9570 with a 1050ti Max-Q. I have tried every possible recommendation I could find online:

1) Updating Graphics Drivers - This is essentially impossible as the process always fails with the most up to date drivers. If I try to brute force the update with an older one I get the BSOD with the same error.
​
2) Changing Anything in Nvidia Control Panel - Nvidia Control Panel actually does not open when installed on my system. I can click on it all I want but it will never open even when Nvidia Container is running.
​
2) Uninstalling the Device From Device Manager - This is fruitless as the system will always automatically reinstall it.
​
3) Stopping the Nvidia Display Container LS Service - I uninstalled this service altogether so there is nothing to disable and the crash persists.
​
3) Using Display Driver Uninstaller to Clean the System - This worked at first, but now even this fix does not work, whether I do the clean in Safe Mode or in Normal Boot.
​
4) Making Registry Keys to Prevent Windows From Updating Drivers - Windows either does this anyway or this is not the issue.
​
5) Wiping the Windows Update Download Cache and Other Temp Files - Same as above, either not the root of the issue or Windows ignores this.
​
6) Removing the GPU From the Motherboard - Dell glued (yes, not soldered, glued) the GPU to the motherboard so I cannot remove it without risking damage to the rest of the system.
​
7) Reinstalling Windows - I clean installed Windows 10 twice and upgraded to Windows 11 today in hope of a fix but nothing changed.
​
8) BIOS Settings - There are no BIOS settings that pertain to my GPU in any way. Dell's built in "system check" finds no errors. Interestingly, my GPU does not appear in BIOS where components like my RAM and CPU are listed. However, it appears in Windows.

It is worth noting that I rarely, if ever, experience the BSOD when I am operating in Safe Mode.
​
Now, why would I not send it back to Dell for repair by this point? Well now I can rant a bit about Dell tech support. About 2 years ago I sent my PC to Dell for repairs after a spill on the keyboard. It was returned to be just fine... until my battery began to swell. Once it got to the point that my trackpad was unusable, I sent it back to Dell again to have to battery replaced just before I went to Europe for school. Dell was unable to get the system back to me in time for my departure, as they were "waiting for a specific part," and upon speaking with a Dell rep I was told this part was just a charging adapter, so I told them to just send me the system and I could buy a new charger abroad. Thus, I had to spend $200 to ship the laptop across the Atlantic - on top of the existing repair costs - only to find that Dell had neglected to put a new battery in the system as well but had conveniently forgotten to mention this to me in their phone correspondence. I had to buy a new laptop abroad and naturally was quite frustrated with Dell's lack of professionalism and support.

Upon visiting home in the winter, I sent the laptop back to Dell to have them finish what they started. I gave my new laptop to my brother to use for his University, as was the plan, and took my Dell back to hopefully have the system up and running again like normal. Except, clearly they did something to damage my GPU as this BSOD issue has been persistent ever since. However, I have no doubt that Dell will refute my claim that the GPU was damaged on their end and refuse to cover the repair free of charge. I simply cannot afford to spend more money on what now feels like a limping system.

Getting back to the issue at hand, if anybody could help me to:
​
A) Make it so Windows is incapable of recognizing or attempting to use/update my GPU again.
​
B) Find a way to stop the PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA NVLDDMKM.SYS BSOD.

And/Or C) Advise on how to remove the GPU if deemed ideal as a solution.

So of course Dave is going to advocate for and even purchase actively managed funds as the revenue from the SmartVestorPro program itself more than makes up for any of the taxes, fees, or lack of performance his so called 'Good Growth Stock Mutual Funds' are producing.
Dave is literally selling his audience bad advice, so that his business can generate revenue. Dave gets really pissed off when the government or anyone from the Left are taking advantage of people like this, but hides the fact that he is being a Hypocrite by doing it himself. What a scummy means of taking advantage of his loyal listeners.
Please don't screw yourself over with actively managed funds and using the SmartVestor Pro program. Investing shouldn't be complicated or expensive. Investing should be boring and simple. So just max out your tax advantage accounts with low cost and low turnover index funds/ ETFs. And just like Dave preaches never ever put money in something you don't understand, this includes Ramsey Solutions' SmartVestorPro program.

Sorry this is probably going to be long. For almost 10 years my mom(34) has been an addict, her drugs of choice have been meth, fentanyl, and pills over the years. I’m 20 years old so for the most part this is all I remember about my mom. Recently she got in trouble with the law and now is on probation. My mom is also disabled (but is still completely able to find a job to make some money physically) and hasn’t had a job since I was around 11. She has been completely dependent on men for my whole life, I’ve never seen her single.
8 years ago she married her most recent husband after a different 8 year marriage with someone else. I have three siblings aged 15, 13, and 11. They are my world. Since I was 7 I have taken care of and basically raised them. By 17 I moved 20 mins away and it was hard because I felt I was leaving my sisters but I still see them as much as possible. I just had to leave because it was very toxic there and my mom is very manipulative and emotionally abusive.
So now recently she has been getting involved with some other guy and cheating on my current step dad. This new guy I’ll call him ‘J’ , is a guy that has to register to the sex offenders list for things I won’t disclose and he is also in jail now. They met at a family members house and I guess it grew from there. She’s been in rehab ( on and off) and I have recently cut her off, how ever she is on my phone plan because of some manipulation so I have access to her phone records. I recently was able to find this guys number from jail and found she has been calling him in rehab after repeatedly telling my step dad that she promised she’s done with this pedo.
I hold a lot of resentment towards my mom and I finally snapped and cut her off when I saw messages between this pedo and my mom saying things like “ I can’t wait to have our happy family together “. It disgusted me as my siblings are sister and it is dangerous for him to be around them. I’m scared she is going to continue to talk to him and being him about my siblings. These are basically my kids and I feel I can do nothing. If she ends up leaving my step dad no one will take her in because they don’t like what she’s doing with this guy. My sisters could be put into foster care, and if I were to call services the same could happen. I’m terrified for my siblings to be in that situation and I have no idea what to do anymore.
