I have a kia stinger and their website says the key fob uses 433.92 which i have set but i cant get it to work on read or read raw with any of the modulation choices(tried with binraw on each time). I can get flipper to clone the signal from my truck and it works once before the code rolls then i have to capture a new signal for it to work again and ive done that a couple times in a row but for some reason the fob isnt desynced.

We seek civil appeal to vacate Summary Judgement in Kaiser Arbitration. We understand a we need a lawyer to "file the case" for us. We tried to do it ourselves in Sacramento County, paid the fee and were told a lawyer needs to file the case. We are willing to self represent. We feel we have a strong case. We just need a little help.
We know as an elderly person our father held no value to anyone but our family. We also feel this makes the elderly a vulnerable population for medical negligence and malpractice. Someone needs to stand up against the Goliath, Kaiser on their behalf. Our family is stubborn enough we are not going to give up. We endured the arbitration process, even though we could not get legal representation because of MICRA law, which basically enables Kaiser to practice Marginal Justice against the elderly. A whole class of citizens cannot expect legal accountability in California.
We understand lawyer's cannot work below minimum wage just to do the "right thing", they have families to feed. So we represented ourselves. My dad has 6 surviving children and we utilized tenacity, resilience and several hundreds of hours against over 10,000 pages of medical record.
Unfortunately, early into the arbitration process one of my sisters entered one of the arbitration meeting calls early. There she overheard Kaiser's council discussing with the Arbitrator since we had no legal representation this would be an easy case to move to summary judgement. My sister journaled what she overheard and filed a complaint with JAMS requesting a new Arbitrator due to familiarity, camaraderie and apparent bias. The change request was denied by JAMS. We found another instance in: Grabowski v. Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. where summary judgement was over turned under similar circumstances. https://law.justia.com/cases/california/court-of-appeal/2021/d076968.html
Recently the Arbitrator closely following Kaiser's legal representatives narrative of the case made a decision for summary judgement.
We asked JAMS for the decision to be vacated because, Kaiser's counsel selectively ignored our evidence from the medical record and what was witnessed. And the Arbitrator's written decision too closely parrots Kaiser's Legal Counsel's positioning of the evidence. Here is a brief summary of some ommitted evidence.
a) Personal Information violations -that the surgeon was somehow aware of the colonoscopy performed the previous afternoon, and entered our father's medical record the next morning, before the surgical referral was completed. A marketing call from a mortuary was received by my brother (DPOA) referencing patient's impending death, one month before death, before the family or the patient was aware of anastomotic leaks. (We found in May 2023 someone in Oakland has filed class action against Kaiser NorCal because of providing 3rd party marketing of personal patient health info similar to this. https://www.beckershospitalreview.com/healthcare-information-technology/kaiser-hit-with-proposed-class-action-lawsuit-over-third-party-tracking-tools.html#:~:text=Oakland%2C%20Calif.,patient%20data%20for%20advertising%20purposes.)
b) Male admitted to obstetrics/ emergency services medical record mentioned surgical cut to uterus. This was for an elective surgery with a hesitant patient not wishing a long hospital stay. The original record released to the family supports the surgeon (new to Kaiser) coerced a very hesitant elderly patient to have surgery by promising 1 day length of stay (on consent for surgery). Following the surgery the family was informed the length of stay would at least 4 days due to patient's age. Bait and switch... because you can do whatever with an old person - without concern for legal recourse.
c) The medical record used by Kaiser's Medical Experts and Legal Counsel was sanitized and released the year following death. Many key points of evidence were missing in the second version. The first version was received by the family before the patient was released from the hospital. The existence of both records and that there were discrepancies between the 2 records was pointed out to the Arbitrator and Kaiser's legal counsel. Both records were admitted into evidence in JAMS. Claimants made point of references when evidence was being shown from the original record. But as Kaiser's counsel only referenced the 2nd modified copy, and the Arbitrator followed his version Claimants evidence was omitted and ignored.
d) Dr. Kevin Mitchell, our medical expert wants a chance to represent this case from the stand. In his statement Dr. Mitchell identified that sepsis was not diagnosed (in the medical record) and treatment was delayed at least 4 days. The medical record shows when symptoms presented on POD 2, Dr. Park deferred to the surgical team for further diagnosics. The surgeon said "no" to further diagnostics until at least POD 5. In deposition the attending surgeon said when symptoms for sepsis appeared she was not on duty. This critical evidence was left out of the Arbitrator decision because it was ignored by Kaiser's counsel. In fact Kaiser's Counsel's further controlled the narrative of the Arbitrator by stating that the medical expert needed to state causation within "medical probability". The law says this means show causation was more "likely than not", but does not require specific use of "medical probability" in medical expert statements. Our medical expert's statement included causation of death "most likely" (this surpasses a statement of more likely than not). Kaiser's counsel had his medical experts use "medical probability". In his decision the Arbitrator wrote that our medical expert only stated "likely" diminishing the actual statement of "most likely". The Arbitrator followed Kaiser's Counsel's narrative and approved the motion for summary judgement. We suspect when at the end of our last meeting call when the Arbitrator said he would consult with his "legal expert" he was talking about Kaiser's counsel.

simply put, i run into mobs, hit bonestorm, then sever crit into blight. everything dies very fast. i am essentially invulnerable for 20 seconds (full duration with aspect). blood mist helps me with oh shit cc and kiting between cooldowns. mostly i dont even need to kite, as sever crits with blight and pull wreck what's left. single target is weakest part but not fatal.
i guess we'll find out how bad it gets as i get into the 80s and beyond, but for now it seems fine—especially for quick clearing content in a party.

I love obsidian. I would use it much more if i could finally get this sorted. My goal is to find a system so when i'm doing, whatever and need to find a note that tells me what to do in case of squire bite. I can quickly press a key bind , a window pops up, I type and boom, note is here to read.
A few ideas I have (i'm running linux) so fzf may work for this. Its nice because obsidian notes are physical and you can search them with 3rd party tools. SO i would hit a key bind a terminal window pops up with fzf locked and loaded search and bam done. another idea i had is rofi. there is a plugin for rofi but i cant seem to get it working. https://github.com/digitalsignalperson/obsidian-rofi-helper
But that's one part and the second thing I need to sort out is a simple way to take a note. On my phone I have a widget that takes notes in markdown , also the note widget saved the notes to my obsidian vault. Pretty rad however on my pc i dont have that. what do you use? do you have anyt cool programs you are using or a system you discovered.???

Here is what I have come up with. Maybe it helps, maybe it doesn't but I don't mind sharing some of these as I probably won't go back up there unless a clue points specifically to it.
Begin your search where time was transcendent - this one, I honestly don't know, it could have so many meanings, but I did wonder if it possibly if referring to the previous 3 hunts somehow.
Crack open the books, they're interdependent - Again - not really sure on this as it could reference a million things, but if the 3 previous hunts are interconnected somehow, then maybe....
Lift up your eyes and look for the mark - trail marker, mark of the BST, again nothing solid.
Hike to the tree that stands without bark - Timberline drive is the start of Ferguson Canyon. Timber is quite literally a tree without bark. There is very limited parking up there and you often must park down below in the neighborhood or Wasatch Blvd and hike to the trailhead. I also thought maybe a tree with out bark could be a trail that doesn't allow dogs.
Pass the grain tower that looks out to the west. - As you start the hike up Ferguson there is a Tower or Turret on a house that points west. Looks like a grain tower.
Not more than an hour and you'll know by its crest. - Not sure on this, I assume a top of a hill - this doesn't fit Ferguson.
Look down at your map to not wander with thirst - trail follows a creek/stream the entire way (Ferguson)
Remember two less than on top of the first - no idea, but I feel this is the key to everything. Again I thought maybe it was interconnected with previous hunts, but I can't make sense of this line.
You'll know your close when its time to frown - Ferguson has a frowning tree- everyone has seen the pics I'm sure. I was there this morning and took a pic myself.
What points towards heaven and is upside down - from day 1 I assumed this was mountains reflecting in a lake or trees reflecting in a lake. I no longer feel that may be the case as there aren't really any lakes to hike to along the wasatch front unless you get up top to where there is still quite a bit of snow. Ferguson trail does have a tree that is still rooted but curves over and upside-down. I have a pic of this as well but a case could be made those can be found on any trail.
Get off the road at the airplane without wings. - I thought this was a cabin which is literally an airplane without wings. No cabins up Ferguson, but all the "cabin" trails I have checked to not fit the clues. As of today, I am 100% confident I know what the airplane without wings is, I just don't know where it is. It isn't on Ferguson, at least as far as I could tell, but I only went up about 1.25 miles. I am going to hold this back for a few days, but I leave town for 2 weeks on Wednesday and if it isn't found by then I will post what it is as I am sure the treasure will be located before I return.
Search from the shoulder and fortune it will bring - this seems self-explanatory.
I still feel strongly it may be up Ferguson, I spent over 7 hours there today with no luck. I am very confident it is not in north Davis or South Weber as I have checked all those as well the previous week. I also suspect it could be in Utah County but that is too far for me to drive as I live up north.
Anyhow, maybe this helps one of you, if it does and you find it you can always shoot me a finders fee lol.

What are some great songs that break conventional music theory? I'm looking for songs that use chords that are outside the typical diatonic chords, or use notes that aren't found in the major scale.
For example, David Bowie's 'Space Oddity' is in the key of C major. During the break he uses a progression that goes C F G A. According to conventional music theory, you should use A minor while in C major, but Bowie breaks that "rule".
Another example - I know a lot of Nirvana songs pretty much just go with using all major chords in the progressions, no matter what the key is in. 'Lithium' and 'In Bloom' are good examples of just playing chords that are outside the typical key/scale, yet none of it sounds out of place.
Are there any other popular songs that seamlessly pull this off?

Road trippin my 2011 GC Overland, went about 2hrs & stopped twice with no issues. Stopped and went to turn it on, and car wont register. Lock/unlock buttons don't work on the doors (inside or out) Key fob doesn't register at all. Even tried starting the car my taking off the push-to-start and turning it, nothing happened. Noticed headlights were flickering and my lightbapods, lights, all turn on.

In the middle of nowhere, no extra keys, no indication that battery was low (car or keys) No sign of power to start the vehicle but electrical all works.
