I’ve seen seasons 1-4 of family vacation and I want to start season 5 but Hulu only has it from episode 13-29. I really want to watch it but I don’t want to miss the beginning 😭 am I missing anything from 1-12? Is there anything I should know before starting on episode 13? Or does anyone know where to watch the other episodes?

Hey all,
I am a previously healthy 27 year old male, who has been having a strange collection of symptoms since the end of August 2022. I have seen numerous doctors without much success. Prior to the onset of these symptoms, I considered myself perfectly healthy beyond the occasional seasonal illness and stuff like that.
On 26 August 2022, I had an episode of vertigo. This felt very similar to a previous incident of vertigo that I experienced in September of 2019: all of a sudden, I felt like I was falling to the left. There was nothing preceding either of these events, in both cases I was sitting in a chair, reading / on the computer. For the incident in 2019 I went to the hospital, where the ED doc told me I had benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and gave me some exercises to help relieve the symptoms. In both cases, I did the exercises and took a nap, and the acute symptoms went away by the next morning. Also in both cases, I felt kind of off/unbalanced for a few weeks afterwards. Not to the point where it impacted my motor skills, but I just felt ever so slightly off balance, especially in the dark. This feeling faded back to normal over the course of a couple of weeks.
This is where things changed between the 2019 incident and the incident from last year. Although the acute "spinning" sensation subsided as normal, a number of other symptoms appeared after the vertigo symptoms began to fade. Over the next few weeks, I began to experience a "fuzzy" feeling, as though my head had been stuffed full of cotton, like a moderate brain fog. I felt off balance, my vision seemed blurry, my eyes were constantly either watery or too dry. I had constant itchiness and dull pain in my left ear. Occasionally, I would have a brief (30-60 second) stabbing pain in one ear that would gradually fade back to normal. I started having headaches, especially the feeling that the top of my head was being squeezed, or a stabbing pain behind the eyes. It was hard for me to focus on objects, especially in the middle distance. My eyes felt tight or streched. I would see halos around lights at night. I felt a constant pressure in my ears (especially the left one), to the point where I would clear my ears by equalizing pressure 5-6 times per day, each time would be accompanied by an audible squeal of releasing pressure from the left ear. Perhaps most distinctly, when I would lay down and close my eyes I would have the feeling of falling: a sudden jerk (usually to the left or backwards), before I would immediately feel normal again. This would repeat randomly until I would fall asleep. I would have a "television static" across my vision all the time, when in low light I would sometimes see objects or patterns vibrating.
I went to an ophthalmologist in the middle of September 2022, who noted my eyes looked fine, with some mild signs of hypertensive retinopathy. They also noted that my blood pressure was quite high: around 150/110 when resting, up to 170/120 when not-relaxed. I went to my PCP and was prescribed lisinopril/HCTZ 20mg/25mg. This seemed to help my blood pressure somewhat, but caused me to have constant waves of nausea and gastroparesis such that I went back in November and asked to be moved to a different medication, at which point they started me on Amlodipine 5mg. This did not control my blood pressure, and in December I was moved to Amlodipine 10mg, and then recently Amlodipine 10mg and Losartan 25mg. I have not been on the most recent medication long enough to see any long term changes in BP.
I saw an ENT at the beginning of the year who noted that my ears looked fine, were not infected, and that sometimes pressure in the ear accompanies one sided hearing loss like I have. He recommended that I see a neurologist.
Over the recent months, my symptoms have settled somewhat. I no longer feel brain fog or motion when laying down. However, the following symptoms are still present:
Lots of eye gunk, eyes feel either dry or watery and tired all the time, I am constantly rubbing them. I see astigmatism beams around bright lights, even during the daytime, halos around lights and globes of color around colored lights at night. I have constant floaters across my vision, both small round clear ones and large darker linear or triangular ones. There is a constant "heat haze" or static effect across my whole vision. I have extremely noticeable diplopia (sometimes minor, sometimes severe where the words are 95% offset from the originals), but mostly with light colored writing on dark backgrounds. There is a constant tinnitus, which is fairly loud, and pressure in one or both ears, requiring me to clear them as mentioned before. I still see the vibration when looking at straight lines or patterns in low light. I have random headaches, usually behind my temple or on top of my head, but these tend to go away quickly.
None of this is debilitating, but it sure is very annoying and has tanked my quality of life. No One I have talked to has had any answers for me, even after a number of tests and blood work.
Here is what I have had done and the results:

• Eye Exam (19 September): Normal, signs of slight hypertensive retinopathy.

• Comprehensive Hearing Test (13 January): Moderate Hearing Loss Left Ear, no significant changes from baseline June 2018
  
• Head CT (temporal bone) without Contrast (1 February): Bilateral thinning of the tegmen tympani, otherwise normal.
  
• Basic Metabolic Panel (6 April): Normal
  
• Plasma Renin Activity (6 April) : Normal
  
• Aldosterone (6 April): Normal
  
• Brain MRI with and without Contrast (14 April): Normal except for trace right mastoid effusion and minimal mucosal disease in left sphenoid sinus
  
• Renal Ultrasound (26 April): Normal, renal arteries < 60% stenosis, everything within normal limits.
  

I'm kind of at the end of my rope here. Since I'm an American this has basically bankrupted me, even with my insurance. I'm moving to a new state in 2 weeks, so I haven't been able to make any appointments for anything else, and I don't know what my insurance will be with me changing jobs. The only other thing I have to go on is the ENT recommendation to see a neurologist, particularly one specializing in migraines.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

long time watcher, grew up absolutely obsessed and i’m on my millionth rewatch since it’s now resurfacing a lot. (not a fan of the LA seasons at all, Pittsburg seasons were way better imo). IDW Sonic has a strange relationship to the status quo and while it is something that I didn’t think about much when I originally read it I think it has become one of my biggest issues with the comic. That problem being that the game and comic original characters reside in total opposite sides of the status quo. The game characters are not allowed to develop, they have to be totally static. This works for Sonic at least, as much as I love Fleetway and Archie Sonic I think mainline Sonic should be an unchanging force of nature that never changes. But it being applied to the rest of the core cast kind of diminishes Sonic as well as making the rest of the game cast kind of boring.
While this was always a part of IDW it is part of the reason I don’t really get why people were so glad to see IDW stated to be canon to the games, I feel like people concern themselves far too much with canon. It's crazy when I see people say stuff like pre-reboot archie doesn’t matter because of the reboot as if that erases all the great stories told. Especially wild considering Prime is also stated to be canon which makes zero sense, canon is and always will be an afterthought. But that is all besides the point, I think we all agree that the game cast being completely static against the IDW originals sucks but I also think the OC’s sometimes suffer in the opposite direction.
I feel like now more than ever, people kind of look down on episodic media, the status quo should obviously never stay static forever but I think IDW sometimes changes it too quickly. I’m not sure how many people will agree with me but sometimes I wish certain characters would stay in a certain status quo a little longer, yes I want them to develop but maybe slow down the development a little. I think the biggest example of a character moving too quickly between a status quo is our favourite platypus Starline.
So I’d say Starline has three major status quo eras. First is his time working under Eggman during the Metal Virus, second was after the metal virus where he is by himself working to his ultimate goal which leads to the third status quo when he creates Surge and Kit.
Starline becomes Eggman’s new lackey in issue 12 and is fired in issue 25 which makes his run as Eggman’s right-hand duck only last 14 issues. Starline being under Eggman was obviously never going to last and I like what they do with him after but it is such a short time with him working for Eggman which I just think is kind of a waste. I just think about the great dynamics Eggman had with Snively and the Egg Bosses in Archie who pretty much all hated him. Snively literally killed prime Robotnik and yet he still ended up working for him the majority of the time without feeling like he was regressed. Once again I don’t want Starline to never develop but it feels like more could be done with the dynamic that went unexplored.
The second status quo was fine imo, I didn’t really need anymore of it considering where it was headed but that leads me to the imposter syndrome mini-series. I doubt anyone will agree with me on this but I really like the dynamic Starline had with Surge and Kit at the start of the mini-series and I felt like it was a shame how quickly they turned on him. By issue 4 Starline already has no power over them and as soon as issue 50 comes around Starline is no more and that’s just it for their dynamic. There isn’t really much else to say, I just wish we got more time with the different dynamics Starline had, I know there’s limited time each month so I get why they want to keep moving the OC’s but sometimes it feels far too fast paced. I think IDW has a big villain problem and killing Starline off only worsened it, having a variety of villains is nice.

Okay so before I start this I just want to say I do really enjoy the Ms.Marvel Show. Probably in my Top 10 MCU Projects because of how much I love the source material and now that it's been a year since the first episode I'm starting to realize how better this would have been if it was a coming of age movie.
Although I love the cultural aspects of Episode 4-5 I do feel like it didn't tie that well to the main plot and that the Clan Destine's as villains were really underutilized and underdeveloped. It felt like they had the basic layout for what they were going for like on a point to point basis and just didn't develop that much beyond that. Like how the main clan destine Najima just automatically turns on Kamala the second she doesn't immediately help. I also feel like Kamran and Red Daggers Inclusions were a bit unnecessary. I loved Kareem but he feels way more Season 2ish or just not a first season/movie type of character. Especially since Kareem didn't even show up in the comics until Vol 6-Vol 7 in the Comics. Also I feel like Kamrans turn and whole villan Arc type of thing was really underdeveloped and the way he got his powers was actually stupid. Love the show but the writing really wasn't there for like half of it. I feel like if using Kamran was a major priority they should have had him working with The Inventor to get like a sorta Generation Why type Arc where Kamala finds out Kamran is working with the Inventor and is trying to get her to work along side him (instead of Kamran working for that one inhuman guy like in the comics). I feel like they definitely could have worked in a message about kids feeling powerless because of events like the Snap and thinking their only way to do something good is to be used by the Inventor for energy like in the comics. I really feel like had Ms Marvel been a movie there could have been a good mix of the first 2 volumes and gave a good message to kids about their place in the world. Plus they could have definitely done the stories from Episode 4 and 5 in a Second Movie of i got one since I do see alot of potential there but just not for a origin.This is all coming from a teenager myself (16) and I still really enjoy the show just alot of ideas weren't fleshed out how they should have and the writing just wasn't doing it for alot of the characters (especially the villan) I even think this Movie would have done pretty good in the box office since I don't think the budget would be as large as tons of other MCU Films and it would have had a different audience than what normal MCU Films get. Either way that's just me rambling what do yall think?

I've been on CPAP for almost a year. I need very high pressure (my current average for the last month is 14.8), so I had problems nose breathing at first. I decided to go back to using a nasal mask after getting a heated tube, and found that I could sleep for at least 8 hours with it set to 30 degrees and level 6 humidity as long as I used a nasal spray before going to bed. It worked well enough for the first month, then hayfever season hit, and I had to decongest my nose every night after 4-6 hours.
I had a checkup with the ENT, and they asked me to change to a prescription nasal spray, as the over the counter ones are too strong for long-term daily use.
I gave it a try, and made a saline spray for when I'd exceeded the dosage of the prescription decongestant, and I had the worst sleep since I'd gotten used to CPAP. I was too congested after 4 hours, and the saline spray wasn't able to clear it. The only way I could fall asleep again was by switching to a full face mask.
I think I definitely have rebound congestion at the moment. Are things likely to improve after that has cleared up? I've also tried using Breath Right, but it's made little difference.

Following up on my last post, where I showed card timelines and match reports for what I call the "Classic Era" of Documental (Seasons 1-4), I now move on to what I call the "Middle Era" or "Hollywood Era": Seasons 5, 6, and 7.
(I'll move my thoughts about how I determine these informal eras to the comments. Long story short, Seasons 1-4 are available on English Amazon Prime, Season 8* gets shelved and the seasons afterwards (8 to 10) deal with the ramifications of that, and Seasons 5-7 just fit in the middle.)
One thing I really wanted to do last time is post the pictures of the contestants. These pictures are shown when somebody gets eliminated, so each photo has at least a couple of cards blocking the way, but I decided to suck it up and do some editing/AI work. My Opinion/Summary:
The only season where there was actually only one contestant making it to the end, due to pretty strict judging from Matsumoto. Also the season with the highest amount of helpers. The regular cast is good (Jimmy laughing at absolute nonsense is pretty funny). The Chinese parlor skit with Jimmy and Hollywood included is also really funny (even if it is a repeated routine), to me it feels like a "passing of the torch" from the more experimental "newer" era of Documental to a more established (with a touch of formulaic) Documental. It's tricky to rate because the regulars (especially as zombies) do very well and it's interesting to see a "one man left standing" situation finally happen, but I personally think the group dynamic in this season is a bit weak, and I just don't care for a lot of the non-regular cast, especially Yamauchi getting laughs by licking toes.

My Opinion/Summary:
The season known for having a large amount of female contestants, who ally for some pretty great improv routines. The Yuriyan / Tomochika alliance works pretty great, and Matsumoto is entirely right to say it would have been ok if Tomochika won too. I suspect that a lot of people really like this season, given how popular Joshimental is, but for me the non-female cast is weak. Especially the regulars: this is probably Jimmy's weakest season, and Fujimoto, as much as I like him, isn't really as good this season or the seasons after as he was in the classic era (I guess this is after the divorce, and after he changes his hairstyle to the horrible bangs he has now). Like Season 5, a bit of mixed bag for me.

My Opinion/Summary:
I suspect a lot of people dislike this season because of Kato (and Seiya, as per a commenter in the last thread) getting away with laughing and take a lot of control. But I actually like this season more than Seasons 5 and 7! I guess the group dynamic reminds me of Season 4. We have a lot of fresh faces, Hollywood is somehow even stronger than he is in Season 5 (this season marks the most dominant performance of a contestant we'll probably ever see: a whopping eleven points), and the mix of contestants just feels right to me (except Hachimitsu doesn't do much). It's probably objectively worse than Seasons 5 and 6, but it just hits the spot for me. Koyabu's face peeling and Miyasako collapsing to his knees in the penultimate minute at Hollywood's gag will always live on in my mind, as will Seiya managing to hold on, asking to let him finish with the Guitar Samurai reading even as he starts laughing, people start pointing, and the siren goes off - Zannen!!!

Jye Amiss is putting together a season that could be unrivalled since the turn of the century and it is staggering why he is not one of the leading candidates to win this year’s rising star award.
For reasons beyond me, he currently sits sixth in the market behind Will Ashcroft, Harry Sheezel, Bailey Humphrey, Mitch Owens and Finn Callaghan.
Is it Victorian bias? Has Fremantle’s tough start to the season hurt him? Or is the difficulty of playing as a key forward as a 19-year-old lost on the selectors and general public?
I don’t have an answer to these questions, but the answer I do have is that history suggests Amiss is on track to win the Ron Evans Medal.
Rising star voting is different than many of the AFL awards with most awards based on game-by-game voting.
The rising star is based on a subjective view with judges voting on a 5,4,3,2,1 basis after the season.
For this reason, I find it hard to believe that Amiss is not the favourite for the award right now.
Amiss has kicked 23 goals from 11 games after Saturday night’s loss against Richmond, with the only game he’s missed being the round-one loss to St Kilda.
In the four games before the bye Amiss kicked 11 goals. It’s no coincidence that those four games were all wins for the Dockers.
Before the Tigers loss, every time Amiss had kicked multiple goals this year Fremantle had won.
The young Docker is spearheading Fremantle towards a finals campaign and he’s only a teenager.
Sure, Ashcroft and Sheezel are putting together good first seasons but in terms of importance to their respective teams, I would suggest that Amiss and St Kilda’s Owens are far more important to their team’s structure and chances.
I raised a few eyebrows when in the pre-season I predicted Amiss would kick 40 goals this season, but right now it looks like I’ve undersold what his output will be.
If Amiss continues with his current average of two goals per game he will finish the season with 45 goals. However, in the past five games, the young star has gone at an average of three goals per game.
Only Charlie Curnow, Jeremy Cameron, Tom Hawkins, Oscar Allen, Charlie Cameron, Nick Larkey, Joe Daniher and Toby Greene are going at the same or higher rate in the competition.
Those names are the competition’s elite forwards. If Amiss continues at the same rate as the last five matches he will finish with 56 goals.
If that is the case he would have to be an absolute shoo-in to win the award.
Nick Riewoldt kicked just 21 goals in his winning year of 2002 but averaged 14 disposals and eight marks.
Jesse Hogan won the award in 2015.
A similar type of player to Amiss, Hogan kicked 44 goals in 20 games in 2015, his debut season at Melbourne. Jaidyn Stephenson booted 34 regular season goals in 2018 and guess what — he won it.
Teammate Luke Jackson kicked just 15 regular-season goals as a ruck-forward and won it in 2021.
Max King came third behind Caleb Serong in 2020 after kicking 22 goals for the season.
Fremantle clearly like what they see so much that they’re already in talks to offer him yet another extension on top of the one he already has that’s locked him away until at least the end of 2025.
The emergence of Amiss, Jackson and Josh Treacy have Dockers’ fans finally believing that they have a combination ready to challenge the best teams in September.
Owens is the main danger to Amiss for a lot of the same reasons.
Playing as a key forward in your second season is a difficult task.
Owens is the highest-rated player of this year’s crop, according to the Champion Data rankings.
The Saints star is averaging 16 disposals sharing hit time between forward and ruck with 15 majors so far.
The rising star is always a difficult task because of how hard it is to compare midfielders, ruckmen, defenders and small and key forwards But those who know football will tell you that playing as a key forward at the age of 19 is extremely difficult and players who kick goals are always worth more.
There is no exact metric for it. But if we are judging it on the impact on a game or a team, then Amiss has to be right up near the top of that list.
Especially if he continues his amazing form and finishes the season with 40-plus goals.
History tells us that come the end of the season the judges will have no other option but recognise him as the competition’s rising star.
