I'm male, 48. I first had dental pain in my lower back two molars. Saw a lot of dentists and finally was diagnosed with Bruxism by an oral surgeon. I knew I grind my teeth so I started wearing a mouth guard to see if the pain resides after wearing for a couple of months. It didn't. I then went to my family doctor who diagnosed me with TN, and referred me to a neurologist who also diagnosed me with TN. Currently I'm waiting for my MRI but not holding my breath that it will give me a clear answer since if it's TN, I don't think it's TN1, so unlikely there is a clear compression.
My neurologist didn't ask me much and in my opinion was a little quick to diagnose me with TN. I've been reading a lot and my symptoms aren't typical. This is why I feel I either have atypical TN2 or TMJ and that possibly my TN2 is caused by my TMJ. Recently after going to a chiropractor that adjusted my back, neck and did electro acupuncture, my pain increased A LOT. I'm now taking carbamazepine and it's only my third day, so not feeling much of a difference yet.
So here is what's going on: Left side cheek pain, jaw pain, chin pain, headaches, my two back molars are in a lot of pain and are protruding (which is a symptom of TMJ). Top left side molars are also in pain. The flares are long, like 2-4 hours at a time. I am able to touch my face without pain though. I put heat and ice right on the effected cheek and it soothes it a little, which seems like it's not something that most TN sufferers can't do. I can brush my teeth and tolerate wind with no problem. Strange no?
I have been listening to my neurologist and going down the path of TN2, but I'm wondering if I should be pursuing a better diagnosis of TMJ or something else? I'm not really sure the best way to get a proper diagnosis of TMJ. Also I've had shingles and have read that TN can come from viral issues like shingles. I just want to be thorough here. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I’m an older ENTP- and have been as long as I’ve been ‘tested’- and yes, I’m argumentative, open-minded and somewhat cocky- never really lacking in confidence. However I recently did the enneagram thing and came back with 8w7. It reads.
Where the doubt is creeping in now is in the feeling that my confidence is a quirk of personality and not necessarily grounded in ability or accomplishment. In some areas in my life, I’ve met strong success with my approach- whereas in others, namely in interpersonal relationships, I’ve either misjudged, taken for granted,or have left a ‘scorched earth’ behind me.
I suppose that I’m probably not all that I think I’m cracked up to be- and Im experiencing some mild dissonance- as much as I’m aware that MBTI and Enneagram are dubious at best.

I tried to create a second facebook page but the first message I got was that I can't create a page. When I select create page again on the second attempt it tells me that I have created "many pages" and try again later. Considering facebook that I tried many times while it happened twice, it blocked me from trying to create a page for two days, the two days passed but still I can't create a new page. I tried to contact facebook but as I imagined there is no solution or answer. Does anyone know of a solution to this issue or is it just facebook and there is no way out? Thanks

i just want to share my fragrance collection on show & tell weekend with you.
I am into perfumes now since 15 years and i built a collection of the fragrances i absolutely love.
As you can see, i have a lot of fresh fragrances, because i like them more most of the time. I like creed very much and i want to add Virgin Island Water and royal oud to the collection soon.
The one really oriental fragrance i do really like is Jubilation 25 by Amouage. Such a great frag, absolutely adore this stuff.
In Winter, i really like to wear Arabesque, TF Noir Extreme, TF Tobacco Oud, Naxos and Triumph of Bacchus. I think Tobacco Oud and Noir Extreme Parfum are the best Tom Fords i put my nose on. Coromandel is also a great fragrance for colder seasons.
My Office Go to fragrances are Chanel Platinum Egoiste, Bleu de Chanel Parfum, Creed Viking, Aventus, Green Irish Tweed. Ganymede for when i want to wear something really unique.
In Summer, i love to wear Millesime Imperial, Dior Homme Cologne and Percival. I am soon going to add Imagination by LV, which is my favorite fragrance of all time.
My favorite Going Out fragrances are: TF noire extreme, YSL BabyCat and LV Nouveau Monde. Babycat Never fails to get compliments and has enourmos projection.
The two MFK are Amyris EdT and the discontinued Lumiere Noire Homme. What a shame that this is no longer available. A masterpiece in my opinion.

We live in London and I called police on my partner back in December 2019 when he was spiked and being violent towards me. He was robbed, hurt himself and ended up in hospital. The police came and told him to go to the police station just before the lockdown which he forgot to attend, then he received a letter[written charge - offence of assault by beating] that he needs to go to the court. We explained the situation to the judge and the case was dropped on the day. Will this show on on an enhanced DBS checks with barred list? As he works as a nurse and is currently looking for a new job opportunity.
And during the first lockdown in 2020, we couldn't leave the flat, so I had a breakdown and wanted to be alone so I contacted the police to take him to his parent house in London. I don't think there was anything serious at the time beside they took him to his parent's. Will this show on the report as well?

You literally work in someones downline but okay. I have a BBA specializing in Marketing and this is boiling my blood and mostly making me overthink, I need a good differentiation between the two to really get her going. So, I thought here would be the best place to see if anyone has any clap backs for this. I need to mess with this hun, its an ex-coworker who has burned every bridge by joining the MLM world, including with her family and marriage.

I am 21 years old and live with my boyfriend and his family. (I know, big mistake) but we love each other and we decided i should move in to save money for a little but and then move out. Its been 3 years, nothing. But last night, when i came home from work, my boyfriend picked me up in his moms car where i seen my damn perfume on the car floor. I was livid. I don't take my perfumes from our room. I asked him what happened; he says he has no idea and he says it was probably his mom who went into our room and grabbed the perfume because when he came home as well, our room door was open. Its been 1 day; the perfume was used more than half, and it only makes me more mad because that perfume was used as a memorabilia. They don't sell this perfume anymore. And i think the process of her just smelling all of my perfumes and grabbing the one she thinks smelt best, makes me more pissed off. I grabbed all of my things and moved out to a friends house. I cannot explain why I am so livid. It has happened before where she goes in the room and my makeup is missing. (Contour, lashes, eyelash glue) I usually try to disregard it because those are just materialistic things that I can just get back but this perfume meant so much to me. I just dont understand why my MIL cant just stop. Can't just stop grabbing my things. My shoes. My makeup. My perfume, MY THINGS. I pay rent like any other place. More than enough. I just don't know if I am over reacting over all of this. Has your MIL ever been enough of a reason to break the relationship off? I need advice or yalls own story with yalls MIL because I feel like I am going crazy.

I would like to learn more about the benefits, philosophy, and evidence base in favor of chiropractic. However I have a hard time finding information that is not written with an anti-chiropractic bias, denouncing it as “pseudoscience” and such.
I have found that a lot of the best health advice I’ve received has come from chiropractic doctors such as Dr. Berg (keto diet specialist on youtube), so I’m interested in hearing about the arguments in favor of it from a pro-chiropractic perspective. Thanks!
