For me, I installed a handheld bidet with hot and cold water. It's useful for more than just * that *, and it helps me feel better between showers, which can be taxing (even with an over-tub shower seat.)
When I have a social event I like to bathe and prepare myself for, I give myself and extra hour or so just to lay down awhile after getting out of the shower.
At work, I have a gaming chair that fully reclines, which I do for just a minute or two, up to twice a day. (More in the afternoon after I've been there awhile, or during bad barometric pressure weather changes.
I have 4 or 5 quality seat cushions that I keep in the car for long sitting events, or just to enjoy a picnic table in the park. I have an inflatable one but it's sometimes more of a hassle
I have a donut one, and a few memory foam ones.
I have two purple brand ones of different thicknesses.
I think after this post I may just open a PITA seat cushion museum or something.
